Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a GPA minimum of 3.0
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as *Recruitment Staff* from a reputable company (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply)
- Age between 22 - 25 years old
- Having basic practice for conducting *classical psychological tests* and *scoring test results*, having the experience to guide an *interview session* for talent profiling purposes.
- Having mature interpersonal communication skills, enthusiast, dynamic, and high self-drives to achieve the target.
- Proficient in *English*, both speaking and writing.
- Mastering to operate computer programs, especially Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Word, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
