3. Knowledge of labor laws

4. Strong leadership and team management skills

5. Ability to engage with all users and be their business partner

6. Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently

7. Experience to create applicant tracking process and use HR databases

8. Knowledge of social media and professional networks

9. Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

10. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

11. Ability to put up the best approach of Recruitment Strategy of the business needs.
