Requirements:
- Education :Bachelor degree in any major (Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, or Law will be advantage)
- Experience : At least 2 years
- Required skills : Strong in Payroll, Calculating Tax, BPJS
- Language : Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must
- Willing to work at Surya Cipta, Karawang (ready to join soon)
Job Summary
- Implement & ensure that HR System, HR Policy and Labor Practices are up-to-date and comple with labor laws and local regulations
- Prepare Payroll, BPJS, PIT for staffs
- Expatriate benefits records and Work Permit formality
- Prepare training plan & Arrange training for staffs
- Coordinate and support HR Manager
Key Responsibility
- HR System, HR Policy and Labor Practices
- Payroll, BPJS, PIT for SCG staffs
- Expatriate benefits and Work Permit
- Other jobs as assignment
Compensation & Benefit
- Basic Salary Range: Rp.5.500.000,00 - Rp. 7.000.000,00
- All BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan)
- Meal
